Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as when received.
Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used, altered, or damaged by the customer after delivery.
2. No Exchange or Replacement

Please note that we do not offer exchanges or replacements for products. If you wish to return an item, a refund will be processed as per the guidelines below.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

4. Refund Process

After the return is approved and the product is received by us, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds will be processed and credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days from the receipt of the returned product.
Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on the processing time of your payment provider or bank.
5. Shipping Costs

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect product received), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
6. Non-Returnable Items
